As a Consultant Obstetrician, I believe that Obstetrics is a combination of art and science, and that both play a vital role in giving mothers an enjoyable and safe pregnancy. I take great pride in providing a personal service for all my clients.

My obstetric practice is based at the Portland Hospital in Central London and the Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth in St John’s Wood.

I am a former Council Member of the British Society of Psychosomatic Obstetrics and Gynaecology. I also provide my clients, not only with the most up to date clinical care but also access to other therapies including psychotherapy and Mindfulness.

I feel that a holistic approach complements the very real medical advances of the last 50 years, and that a clinician needs the essential ability to care and to be kind to their patients.

My main gynaecological interests are pelvic pain and endometriosis, and the treatment of heavy periods. I was one of the pioneers of the Novasure Endometrial Ablation (the 3 minute hysterectomy) treatment, I have also established 'one visit clinics' for Gynaecology in Central London.

I am an experienced gynaecological surgeon and also carry out minimally invasive (keyhole) and pelvic floor (prolapse) surgery. I offer my clients laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis and pelvic pain, and also vaginal surgery for prolapse and cosmetic gynaecology.

I am fully covered by all the major insurance companies.
