Surgical Procedures

  • Investigation and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding (hysteroscopy and Novasure endometrial ablation)
  • The 90 second hysterectomy Novasure Endometrial Ablation
  • Investigation and surgical key hole surgery for pelvic pain, painful sexual intercourse (diagnostic laparoscopy)
  • Key hole surgery to treat adhesions (where tissues are stuck in the abdomen) remove ovarian cysts and ovaries, and to treat endometriosis and tubal ligation (operative laparoscopy)
  • Myomectomy: removal of fibroids which are causing pain, infertility and heavy periods and are a cause of infertility.
  • Colposuspension and macroplastique injections: to stop urinary incontinence
  • Abdominal and vaginal hysterectomy: for heavy periods where all other treatment has failed, and for vaginal prolapse
  • Pelvic floor repair: for symptomatic vaginal prolapse.
  • Cosmetic gynaecology: labiaplasty and vaginal repair procedure

Outpatient Tests

 

Mr Morris offers prompt investigations and diagnosis without the need of unnecessary repeat visits. We can arrange for you to have the relevant blood tests prior to your appointment.

 

To book an appointment simply email rapidaccess@hotmail.co.uk and choose the medical condition you are concerned with:

  • Endometriosis
  • Pelvic pain
  • Pain with intercourse
  • Heavy and painful periods
  • A history of blood clots in the family (thrombosis and embolism) and your potential risks with pregnancy, the contraceptive pill and with hormone replacement.
  • Hormone replacement therapy
  • Pre-menstrual tension

His assistant will then contact you either by email or telephone to arrange for you to have the tests performed in a convenient hospital and a consultation with Nicholas Morris.
