Gynaecology
Mr Morris is a highly experienced Consultant Gynaecologist who has practised both in the NHS and privately for over 20 years. He is a national expert on reconstructive labial surgery.
He also believes in a more humane approach to gynaecological practise. He does not like the term ‘gynaecological surgeon’ which conjures up the image of the old fashioned surgeon who would ‘if in doubt, would cut it out’. He became a gynaecologist so that he could be both surgeon and physician.
He offers the full range of office gynaecology including rapid sexual health screening, fertility management, polycystic ovaries and in one visit, he will be able to carry out assessments for pelvic pain and heavy menstrual bleeding.
He is also available to see gynaecological emergencies and he can be contacted out of hours in an emergency via the bleep holder at the Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth 020 7806 4000.
He has a specialist interest in pelvic pain and in particular severe endometriosis. He works closely with Mr Romi Navaratnam, a Consultant Surgeon. He is a minimal access surgeon and carries out major bowel surgery.
